Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply: The goods are delivered worldwide. Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Information: From an order value of €49.00 we deliver free of shipping costs.
Below a value of €49.00 a shipping fee of €5.90 will be charged. Please note: If the weight exceeds 31kg, we will charge additional shipping costs for each additional package!
Deliveries abroad:
For deliveries within the EU, you will be informed of the shipping costs separately.
For deliveries outside the EU, you will be informed of the shipping costs separately.
For all International orders, shipping cost will be calculated separately and we will notify you
of the postal charges before payment.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 – 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 60 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details on payment
The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice. When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that your account has sufficient funds on the announced date.
