Supplementary feed for pigeons

Tollyamin Forte contains high doses of amino acids, electrolytes and B vitamins in an optimal mixture ratio. Due to its composition, you can use Tollyamin all year round during the travel, rearing and moulting periods.

During rearing, Tollyamin covers the particularly high protein requirements of young pigeons. In addition, choline chloride has been proven to promote the growth of young pigeons. Studies from the

Poultry industry provide reliable proof of this. Choline chloride has a positive effect on the metabolism and prevents fatty degeneration of the liver.

During the moulting period, we recommend daily administration of Tollyamine in combination with Dosto-WG-Ropa Liquid 10%. This is because feathers grow daily and not just once a week. The high-dose amino acids L-methionine, L-lysine and the vitamin biotin guarantee new, silky-soft feathers. The sulphur-containing L-methionine produces a slight sulphur smell in the drinking water after a few hours. If you have bought amino acid products that do not smell of sulphur, you have bought a lot of water. You won’t have an unpleasant odor, but you won’t have any effect either! I hope you understand what I mean.

Always add Tollyamin Forte to the drinking water at the same time as vaccinations or other drug treatments. This will prevent side effects from the medication and also feather damage. The high-dose vitamin B 12 supports blood formation and cell division. This process is very important for an active immune system.

The addition of Tollyamin Forte is essential during the travel season.

As protein building blocks (proteins), glutamine, L-methionine and L-lysine are of central importance for rapid regeneration after a prize flight.

You can feel the loss of muscle and weight in the pigeons after the prize race. The heavier the race – the lighter the pigeon. Pigeons supplied with Tollyamin and Immunol compensate for muscle and weight loss much faster. The energy storage build-up of the muscles is completed in two days. Pigeons with this special supply have an enormous advantage over the course of a long racing season.
The longer and harder the racing season, the greater the advantage.

Glutamine plays a key role in many liver detoxification processes. The liver is one of the most important organs in racing pigeons. The high-fat feeding before the flights, the burning of fat and protein during the prize flight, the muscle building after the prize flight and the additional administration of medication – all this takes place via the liver. The protective effect of Tollyamine is therefore very important for the liver of your racing pigeons.

Why is it better that Tollyamin contains L-methionine and not just DL-methionine as in all other products?

Nature only knows the L-form, but not the D-form. This is why the body can only utilize L-methionine and has to excrete the D-methionine unused. As a result, 50 % methionine is lost. This means that if you buy a product with 1000 mg DL-methionine, only 500 mg methionine of this valuable amino acid remains for the pigeon.

Incidentally, the D-shape is not approved for human use.

L-methionine is 20 times more expensive than DL-methionine and is of course the better form for all animals.
