Complete feed for pigeons PANTO® California Zucht & Reise is a high-quality pigeon feed that has been specially formulated for breeding and racing, as the needs of pigeons are very similar during this period. A good diet for breeding pigeons is the basic prerequisite for breeding beautiful and vital young birds. The components used contain highly digestible carbohydrates that provide the pigeons with quickly available energy. The vital granules Pluramin® provide minerals, trace elements and vitamins in addition to high-quality proteins. The protein requirement increases significantly, especially during periods of increased performance such as the breeding period or when traveling. Calcium and phosphorus are important for the skeleton and a stable eggshell, vitamin D supports this function and can also prevent egg loss. Vitamin E is also essential for successful breeding.
Please note that this is only a general recommendation. The correct feeding is based on requirements (breed: size, weight and age) and the load/performance (breeding/sport), as well as internal (controllable) and external (non-controllable) circumstances.
