• For years, RED FRENCH MAIZE (76) has been used instead of PLATA MAIZE. This corn takes much less time to dry than maize. This French red corn is of excellent quality, has a natural red color and a natural shine.
• Yellow Cribbs maize (78): Our well-known, very good CRIBBS-MAIS. The new harvest is dried naturally on the cob for 5 to 6 months in the sun and wind and is always delivered to us at the end of February, beginning of March.
