Supplementary feed for pigeons It all starts with the moult! The moult is one of the most important periods for a pigeon, because the new feathers are formed for the coming season. Methio Forte contains an exceptionally high level of DL-methionine (33%), the maximum amount that can be absorbed by the pigeons. A higher concentration should be avoided. This amino acid stimulates moulting and the development of new feathers. DL-methionine is also important during the racing period because it improves kidney and liver function.

Directions for use: 1 tablespoon per 1 kg of feed – During moulting: 3 days per week. Composition: Glucose 63% soy protein concentrate 2.0%, calcium phosphate 0.20%, sodium chloride 0.12%, potassium chloride 0.12%
